  • Tuition fees are payable in advance & will be non – refundable in full or part of my account whatsoever. If not paid in time the same of the student will be struck off from the college records.
  • The discipline of the institute is to be strictly observed. Disobeying discipline a student may have fined or expelled from the institute. The decision of the management committee in this regard will be final.
  • Any harsh or insulting language used on the college campus or written in the letter may affect the career of the student.
  • The student must check her eligibility while taking admission to a particular course.
  • If a student fails to take examinations due to one or the other reason, the school shall not entertain any claim for the refund fees.
  • In all matters, the decision of the Principal/Director will be final.
  • The college will not be responsible for any delay or postponement of the final examinations conducted by the Nursing council/ University.
  • The principal /Management Committee reserves the right to change the timetable at any time.
  • Leave application shall be submitted through the class teacher, only reasonable leave will be considered. the application should be signed by the parents/ Guardian before proceeding on leave. Leave shall not be sanctioned telephonically.
  • Examinations/unit tests are compulsory. Which contributes to the internal assessment of the students.
  • Regular & punctual attendance is compulsory in lectures, demonstrations, clinic, hospital, day & night duties.
  • Annual attendance of 85% in theory and 100% in clinical is required.
  • Students, whose progress and conducts are not considered satisfactory will not be allowed to appear for the examinations.
  • Students will not take part in political activity of any kind during the course of their studies at the institute.
  • Students will not be allowed to entertain their parents/guardians/friends/relatives during the college hours & clinical area.
  • All the students shall comply with institution rules & regulations.
  • Students are not allowed to paste notices within the institution and are forbidden to address to any outside authority directly.
  • Students must pay for damages caused by them to library books, lab articles, or other institutional property.
  • The governing body of the society reserves the right to add or delete any other regulation whenever required.
  • After successful completion of the course, the institute does not guarantee any employment. However, the certificate awarded to them will make them eligible for employment.
  • The student will have to pay all field training charges.
  • If the candidate discontinued the training in between she/he has to pay the fees for the whole training period.
Common requirements
  • The application must be made on the prescribed form attached with the prospectus.
  • A certificate of good character from the headmaster/Principal of the school/college last attended, should accompany the application.
  • Six copies of passport size unattested photographs of the students should be attached with the application.
  • Incomplete application forms received after the last date, will not be considered.
  • All certificates & testimonials are subject to verification from Concerned Board/ University/ Authority.
Disciplinary Action
  • The students will be fined from the institute without any prior notice/intimation if found to be
  • Disobedience was shown towards prescribed rules & regulations.
  • Serious misconduct or no progress assigned in the wards.
  • Taking part, directly or indirectly, in any uncalled activities or disturbance created in the institute or staging a strike/ mass bunk.
  • Library:- the book will be issued on the priority of demand.
  • Only two books at the time will be issued to each student for a period of 10days only. Fine of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged if books are not returned in time.
  • The books damaged/lost shall be replaced by the student.
